These authorized repair companies have proven the quality of their workmanship directly to Zuma or have been referred to us within our industry.  Zuma does not provide endorsements, license, or certify these companies in any way.   Verify that all licenses and insurances are up to date before allowing any of these companies or any other repair company to perform any type of work.
              
Only Zuma technical support representatives may authorize or make arrangements for warranty repairs.  All claims for warranty repair must be made in advance with a Zuma technical support representative. You are responsible for all charges incurred if you make arrangements with any of the repair agencies to provide service on your Zuma product.
